Custom Brake and Clutch Lines

Venhill's Powerhose Plus is the factory tested customer friendly brake line system designed to cut out the hassle and uncertainty associated with old style hoses. The unique construction makes it a truly universal, stress free and self aligning system. With the correct banjos, unions and length of brake line(s) chosen; it all just bolts together.

Our brake lines are manufactured from smooth bore Teflon © tubing with a stainless overbraid which in turn is covered by a PVC coating in a variety of colours.

Powerhose Plus kits have all the hoses and fittings included to bolt straight onto the bike. Price for motorbike brake and clutch lines kits are as follows:

After checking that a kit for your bike is not listed on our website, there are two ways to go about making custom brake and clutch lines:

         1. You can send us your existing line(s) for replications. This contact form needs to be filled in and posted to us together with line(s) to be copied. Remember to supply us with correct telephone numbers!

    • Autumn / winter turnaround time: 3 - 5 working days (not including weekends)
    • Spring / summer turaround time: 7 - 10 working days (not including weekends)

         2. Select components and lines yourself, refering to this article for guidance on how to measure and order the parts online.

  • Turnaround time for web orders is 2 working days (not including weekends)

If we need to contact you prior to making your brake lines we shall do so by using the details included on the form. If not, our sales department will contact you to take payment over the phone, when the line(s) are ready for despatch. All the custom brake lines will be sent back to you either via Royal Mail recorded delivery or UK Mail next day courier service, and chosen method will depend on the size and weight of the package.

PLEASE TAKE A NOTE OF THE TURNAROUND TIMES

I.e. Do not send us your hoses on a Friday if you need your bike for the weekend! your hoses will not be ready in time.
