Our process
During an initial phase our team will work with you to develop a full understanding of requirements and the nature of the specific application. We will produce a fully working prototype for approval and testing - we are able to do a short run and amend iteratively if needed.
Our UK factory enables us to adapt and develop designs quickly and efficiently, and significantly reduces development and delivery times compared to overseas manufacturers.
We stock thousands of different ferrules, bends, adjusters and connectors used in cable production and so it is very likely that our team will be able to develop a solution using off-the-shelf components. Should this not be the case, we can adapt and modify standard components to suit specific applications.
Once the design is approved, we have the flexibility to manufacture to most requirements: from bespoke one-off cables and short runs, to high volume production running to many thousands per month.
Venhill has ISO 9001-2015 accreditation, to ensure systems and production are efficiently controlled. We also batch test all our cable components to ensure consistently high quality.
Our product
Venhill Control Cables are manufactured using the highest quality materials for durability and dependability.
We typically line conduit with PTFE for smooth operation and high heat resistance, as well as reduced maintenance and lubrication.
Through this can be run various inner wire types to best suit the application. Examples include: Wire Strand for high straight pull loads; Wire Rope where flexibility is required; and Solid Piano Wire for push-pull applications.
